1. Partner types
The AlpineLayer Partner Network may include agencies, MSPs, consultants, referral partners and technology providers.
2. Program terms
Benefits, discounts, commissions, support levels and branding rights depend on the specific partner agreement or program tier.
3. Brand claims
Partners may use AlpineLayer marks only as authorized and may not imply certifications, ownership, guarantees or legal relationships beyond the actual partnership.
4. Customer responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own contracts, representations, taxes, privacy obligations and customer support unless a written agreement allocates responsibilities differently.
5. Confidentiality
Non-public technical, pricing, roadmap, security and customer information exchanged through the partnership must be protected under the applicable agreement.
