Messages must accurately identify the sender and must not use materially deceptive routing, content or subject lines.
3. Unsubscribe
Commercial messages must provide a functioning opt-out mechanism where required, and opt-out requests must be honored within the legally applicable timeframe.
4. Technical standards
- Use SPF, DKIM and DMARC for legitimate sending domains where appropriate.

- Process bounces and complaints.
- Do not operate open relays.
- Maintain reasonable sending rates and recipient quality.
5. Outbound SMTP
AlpineLayer may restrict outbound port 25 on new or high-risk cloud accounts and require verification before enabling direct delivery. Authenticated third-party mail relays may be used where permitted.
6. Enforcement
AlpineLayer may rate-limit, block sending, suspend resources or terminate service where spam or reputation damage continues.
